By registering for a workshop or purchasing products from Subterra Fungi, you agree to the following terms:
Workshops
Workshop participation is confirmed only after payment or written agreement.
The schedule, content, or location may change in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical issues).
Participants are expected to follow hygiene and safety guidelines during practical sessions.
Subterra Fungi accepts no responsibility for any injury, accident, or personal harm that may occur during participation in the workshop.
By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and safety.
You are expected to use tools, heat sources, and lab materials responsibly and according to instructions.
Products
All products (e.g., mushroom cultures, spawn, substrate bags) are living materials. They are perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions.
Products are shipped only when weather conditions are safe (no shipping during extreme heat, particularly in summer months).
Subterra Fungi is not liable for damage due to improper storage, handling, or delayed pickup by the recipient.
Limitation of Liability
Subterra Fungi shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, contamination, or failed cultivation results after product delivery or workshop participation.
All educational content is offered in good faith and based on current best practices.
Intellectual Property
Course materials, protocols, and culture strains provided during workshops or in products are intended for personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission.
More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund (minus any transaction fees)
7–14 days before: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before: No refund
No-shows: No refund
In the case of illness or emergency, a partial refund or transfer to a future workshop may be granted at our discretion.
If Subterra Fungi cancels a workshop (e.g. due to low enrollment or unforeseen events), a full refund will be issued.
Due to the biological nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the item has been shipped, except in the case of:
Wrong item shipped
Damaged or contaminated item (documented upon arrival)
Please inspect the shipment immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is a problem.
We reserve the right to delay shipping if weather conditions could compromise product quality (e.g., during summer heat).

All data collected via Google Forms is securely stored through Google Workspace.
Your data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., shipping providers).
